Available Tests
As well as the elite PCR analysis, we have now extended our services to include traditional plate microbiology, the more advance chromogenic dry plates, lateral flow tests, ELISA. Further more we have introduced other parameters affecting shelf life such as salt, pH, water activity and moisture content. We can undertake product analysis, shelflife analysis, water testing and swab analysis.
Microbiological tests:- Total Count, coliforms, Ecoli*, Enterobacteriaceae, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococci, Listeria*, Salmonella*, Bacillus cereus, Clostridium spp, Yeast and Mould, lactic acid bacteria, Campylobacter^, Legionella^
Allergens: Mild, tree nuts, ground nuts, egg, soya, mustard, gluten, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, celery, seasame, sulphites
Chemical (shelf life): pH, salt, water activity, aqueous salt, brix
Water: Microbiological parameters, conductivity, soluble solids, turbidity
Environmental Swabs: Microbiological parameters eg Listeria
Full Nutritional Analysis: Subcontracted
Other chemical analysis: Heavy metals, pesticide residues etc subcontracted
